Our story
We started Shropshire Rural Care because we saw a gap in truly personal, locally rooted domiciliary care. Too often, rural clients were left with rushed visits, unfamiliar faces, and care that felt transactional rather than human. We set out to do things differently — building a small, dedicated team who genuinely know their clients and take pride in every visit.

We have invested in a fleet of vehicles specifically chosen to handle whatever conditions our carers face. Heavy rain, flooding, snow — nothing stops us from reaching the people who depend on us.

Our vehicles are built for Shropshire's rural roads in all seasons — including the worst winter snowfall.
Flooding
We monitor flood alerts and have vehicles capable of navigating flooded lanes that would stop ordinary cars.
Wind and rain
Storm conditions won't stop a visit. Our carers plan ahead and keep clients informed throughout.
Remote rural access
Some clients live down unmade tracks and remote lanes. Our fleet is chosen with exactly those roads in mind.
